Dano has spent over 9 years working as a business trainer and on demand consultant for business owners and CEO’s. He started eCenter Management in 2013 and quickly built a team of talented sales and business professionals that take on function rather than serve as advice givers for companies in the B2B community. Weekly he approves all strategic action plans for client sales teams, and is the spokesperson for the firm. Dano's style is highly engaging and he is well known for his practice of Scientific Selling, training with gamification, and being a rare “keynote trainer” focused on helping teams and audience practice and acquire skills, rather than talking about them. He’s a certified Master Facilitator and has spoken in front of large audiences nationally and globally. As a former NCAA student-athlete Dano holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech Communications from Missouri Western State University where he played baseball as a of decorated award winner and four-year starter. He also holds a Master of Arts in Communications from the New York Institute of Technology where he also served as an adjunct professor for Public Speaking at the young age of 23. Born in Hawaii he landed on the other side of the sates currently residing in Long Island, New York for over ten years with his wife Christine, and his four young kids: Malie (8 years old), Lani (6 years old), Koa (4 years old), and Leia (2 years old).
Jim has over 30 years of experience working at varied positions in marketing and finance at large banks and investment banks. He joined the firm as a Managing Partner in 2015 and serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Internally Jim is truly the secret weapon of the firm. He has run very large organizations and the experience he gained, across all business functions, is now invaluable to our success. Jim’s extensive career includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer of divisions of Smith Barney, Citibank and JPMorgan Chase and the Chief Administrative Officer of a Region within Chase Community Banking. Following an early retirement in September of 2013, Jim began investing in small businesses and consulting small business owners in financial analysis and best business practices. He holds a B.A. degree in English Literature from SUNY New Paltz and an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University where he graduated first in his class. Jim resides on Long Island, New York with his wife Michele. He has two grown children – Kyle and Sarah.
Chris Williams, sales team adviser at the eCenter, began working in the B2B space 11 years ago with his father, and became expert at customer relationship management software (CRM) and sales workflow. Chris works directly with New York Metro area clients that buy and sell products nationally to provide measurements of success based upon their strategic goals and targets. Well-known for his ability to interpret key performance data for organizations and programs, he consults specifically on sales team management, prospect list development and CMR. In a previous chapter of his life, Chris gained very valuable hands-on business experience as the original manager of Manhattan’s most successful steakhouse, working there for years. Chris received his BS degree in from Georgetown University. He is married to, and resides on Long Island, New York with his children.
Brilynn Fields, Director of Talent Acquisition, came to the eCenter with seven years of corporate experience, including project management, B2B sales and recruiting. In her current role, she is focused on identifying exceptional candidates for open sales positions, cultivating relationships with them, and ultimately hiring and placing them in great B2B companies. Clients and candidates praise her positive attitude, her contagious desire to build championship sales teams and her success in matchmaking sales pros with businesses. Born in Colorado, Brilynn now lives on Long Island, New York. She was formerly a tight end and wide receiver of the New York Sharks in the Women’s US Professional Football Association, and competed by invitation on the US Women’s National Team that won the gold medal in the IFAF 2017 World Championship Games.
Larry Rowe, is well known in the B2B community for his experience in building and managing sales teams that are highly effective in promoting services and secure appointments. He enjoyed an extensive career in the Financial Service Industry where he spent over 7 years building and managing a highly effective new sales development team at a large insurance broker. His work as a partner at eCenter Management he is tasked with leveraging his knowledge and secure new clients with unique ties to the insurance, recruiting, and manufacturing and distribution industries. Larry earned a BS degree from the University of Maryland, in which he is an avid sports fan. Larry has been involved with March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity and Sunrise Day Camp, providing his time, money, and energy to making a difference in the community. He resides in Long Island and with his wife and 2 kids.
Perry Cassidy, has an impressive background in B2B Sales and Sales Management that spans over 20 years. He is key member of the business development arm of the firm, and as a partner works directly with client sales teams leading them to reach and exceed quota. With extensive experience in media, marketing and advertising, including a diverse combination of national, regional and local platforms Perry provides unique vision to breaking through in crowded industries. Having represented globally recognized brands including the New York Yankees, Billboard Magazine and LA Fitness; in his prior life as a B2B sales professional he consistently exceeding seven-figure sales quotas throughout his career. Born and raised on Long Island, he earned his BA at Adelphi University as a Communications Major and Speech Minor. His secondary career allows him to utilize his Public Speaking skills as the PA Announcer for Stony Brook University Men’s Basketball and Lacrosse. He has placed an importance in being involved in his community, holding Board of Director roles with Three Village Baseball and St. James CYO Basketball. He currently resides in East Setauket with his wife and three boys.
